Spotlight: Habit 4 — Think Win-Win
Habit 4 — Think Win-Win
Think Win-Win is the habit of mutual respect. When we think Win-Win, we make sure everyone leaves the situation feeling like a winner. For example, if we think Win-Win with school assignments, we make sure our work is completed. It's a win for the student because they are staying on task and it's a win for the teacher, because they know the student is putting forth their best efforts. This situation is a win for the parents too, because they know they are producing the future leaders of tomorrow and all parents want successful, hard working students. So, this month, think about some different ways that you can create some WIN-WIN situations.
