Federal Impact Aid for Military Families
Please return the Federal Impact Aid form to Camden High School by Wednesday, March 25, 2020 if a member of your household is a member of the military or if a member of your household is a civilian employed on a military base, (i.e. Ft. Jackson, Shaw Air Force Base, McEntire Joint National Guard Base, etc.) This form should be completed for every child in your family.
There are several ways to return it:
1. Download a copy of the form, complete it and return it to Camden High between the hours of 8:30-12:30 Monday through Wednesday. Call the main office at 425-8930 when you arrive in the front circle of the school. You can also scan the completed form and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org or make a picture of the completed form and email the picture to Mrs. Corner.
2. If you cannot print it at home, call the main office at 425-8930 when you arrive in the front circle of the school (between hours of 8:30-12:30 and we will bring a copy to your car for you to complete before you leave the school.
It is very important that parents/guardians complete this form for every child. Schools will receive federal aid based on the number of forms collected.
