The Kershaw County School District (KCSD) will have half-days for students on May 25 and May 26, the last two days of the school year.

Students in 3-year-old preschool special needs programs will not attend school on those days. Elementary schools and CLC will dismiss at 11:30 a.m., middle schools at 11:45 a.m. and high schools at noon. Woolard Technology Center students will be dismissed at 11 a.m.

High school graduations will be held this weekend and live-streamed at www.kcsdschools.net/graduation. North Central High School's graduation will be held Friday, May 26 at 7:30 p.m. Camden High School's graduation will be Saturday, May 27 at 9 a.m. while Lugoff-Elgin High School's ceremony will also be on Saturday, May 27 at 7:30 p.m.

KCSD has compiled information about summer camps and summer reading and posted it on its website at www.kcsdschools.net/summer.

Emails for online registration for the 2023-2024 school year will be sent to parents on July 10. All schools will have in-person registration help days on July 12 and July 19.
