Morning Woolard Technology Center and adult education students will attend class and dismiss at their regular times. Students in 3-year-old developmentally delayed classes will not attend.
All KCSD child care, extracurricular and after-school activities — including sports practices and games — are also canceled as well as after school and evening district meetings.
Breakfast and lunch will be served. Families of virtual students who have signed up to pick up meals this week can do so tomorrow (March 18) from 12 to 1 p.m. or Friday (March 19) from 8 to 10 a.m.
March 17, 2021With the threat of severe weather and possible tornadoes tomorrow, all Kershaw County School District (KCSD) schools and offices will close early Thursday, March 18. Elementary schools will dismiss at 11:30 a.m., middle schools at 11:45 a.m. and high schools at noon. The district office will close at noon.
