Kershaw County School Board Chairman James Smith recognized

Kershaw County School Board Chairman James Smith was recognized at the Aug. 18 school board meeting for reaching Level 4 in the SC School Boards Association's (SCSBA) Boardmanship Institute.
Established in 1982, SCSBA's Boardsmanship Institute offers a year-round training curriculum focused on leadership skills for school board members on state and national educational issues.
