KCSD and the United Way of Kershaw County announce 2026 Summer Meal Program

The Kershaw County School District, in partnership with the United Way of Kershaw County, announces its Summer Meals program to ensure local children have access to nutritious food while school is out. The program will run from June 1 through July 17, 2026, Monday – Thursday each week (all locations will be closed on Thursday, July 2.)

Children aged 18 and under (who are not enrolled in another program) may eat directly in the school cafeterias during the following daily mealtimes:

• Breakfast Service / Pick-Up: 7 AM – 8:30 AM
• Lunch Service / Pick-Up: 10 AM – 11:30 AM

Breakfast and lunch will be served daily at all sites.

Participating Cafeteria Locations:

• Blaney Elementary School: 1621 Smyrna Rd., Elgin, SC
• Camden High School: 1022 Ehrenclou Dr., Camden, SC
• North Central Middle School: 805 Keys Ln., Kershaw, SC
