I am so excited to be here at Doby's Mill Elementary as Principal. I have loved everything about school since I first started kindergarten, so to be an educator has been a blessing for me. I am not from any one place, but I made Kershaw County home six years ago and feel it was the best decision I ever made.

Prior to this, I was Assistant Principal at Camden Elementary. I was an Instructional Coach for five years before becoming an administrator, and have learned a lot from many mentors and colleagues in Philadelphia, PA, as well as Sumter and Saluda County School Districts. I have been married for nine years to my wonderful husband, Craig, and we have two children, Emmy, who attends school here at DME, and Tripp, who is in preschool. I am so excited about being a part of your child's educational journey. Together we can all make a difference!
