Hello my amazing art students!!

My name is Carmen Wiggins and I am the super excited new art teacher this year at CES!

This is my seventh year of teaching but my first year teaching at Camden Elementary and in the United States. I previously taught in Japan and South Korea for six years. I absolutely loved Asia but it is really wonderful being back home in South Carolina. I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling as an Ultimate Outsider to all the South Carolina state parks and spending time with my wonderful Japanese cat Chii ( 小さい虎 = Chiisai Tora = Small Tiger).

As an alumni of the Kershaw County school district, I am excited to be back and serving my hometown community as a teacher. I am really looking forward to teaching all the amazing young artists at Camden Elementary!
