Mrs. Nicole Kirkley

As a Kershaw County native and Blaney Elementary graduate, I am honored to lead the Blaney Elementary School family! I have a passion for students at this level and always put relationships first - I promise to treat your children as if they are my own while maintaining high expectations for them both academically and socially.

I received my Bachelor's degree in Middle Level Education from Winthrop University. I taught 8th grade science and 7th grade ELA for 5 years. I then received my Masters Degree in Administration and Supervision from the University of Phoenix. I have previously been an assistant administrator at Westwood High School in Richland 2 for two years and assistant principal at Camden Middle School for 3 years.

I am married to my high school sweetheart and together we have a daughter, Kate, a son, Rhett, and a dog-son, Bo. We live at Lake Wateree and spend most of our time on the water with family and friends!

I am looking forward to a successful year!

Mrs. Harriet Boykin-Garity

I am looking forward to another great school year at Blaney!

This is my tenth year in Kershaw County School District.  I have a Bachelor's degree from the Univeristy of South Carolina, a Master's degree from Walden University, and my administration certification from Gardner-Webb University. I taught first grade for seven years at Jackson Elementary and served as the Response to Intervention Coordinator for one year.

I live in Lugoff with my husband, Patrick, and our young son.  We have two dogs that complete our family.  We love spending time together with our family and friends and enjoying exercising and anything outdoors.

Ms. Aleece Hardy

I am excited to join the Wildcat family this year as an administrator! I am thankful to have the opportunity to serve this wonderful community and I look forward to getting to know you and your children as we begin a new school year together.

During my educational career, I have taught all subjects to elementary students in grades 1-5. Prior to teaching in Kershaw County School District, I taught in Richland School District Two and internationally in Cairo, Egypt.

I earned my Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Claflin University, and my Master’s Degree in Administration and Supervision from Southern Wesleyan University.

Outside of my profession, I enjoy exploring new places, learning new hobbies, and spending quality time with my two boys.

I absolutely love what I do, and it's an honor and a blessing to work with students every day.

If throughout the course of the year you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact me.

I wish you and your family a fantastic school year!
