I am from Wagener, SC. A small town about an hour and a half from Kershaw County. I graduated from Clemson University in 2020 with my BS in Animal and Veterinary Sciences. Post graduation, I enrolled in Clemson's Agricultural Education Certification Program where I earned 18 credits towards my Masters and a certificate to teach Agricultural Education. This is my first year teaching and I am excited to start my career here in Kershaw County.
During my time at Clemson, I was very active within the Animal and Veterinary Sciences Department. I worked at the university dairy, worked as a research assistant, and was heavily involved in the dairy science club.
During my free time, I am typically with my animals. I have 3 cats (Jack, Oliver, and Stanley) and 3 dogs (Rhett, Finn, and Belle). I may also be binge watching tv shows.
Along with teaching the agricultural education classes, I will be serving as the advisor for the North Central FFA Chapter.
The classes I will be offering this year are:
Agricultural Sciences and Technology
Wildlife Management
Agricultural Mechanics
Forestry
