My name is Jennifer St. Pierre, I would like the students to call me Mrs. St. Pierre, I will be teaching 4th grade ELA & SS. I have been working in the South Carolina school system for 10 years. I started as a substitute(1 yr), then was hired as an RTI Assistant(4 yrs), Kindergarten Assistant(4 yrs), and 4th grade ELA & SS(1 yr) teacher at Rice Creek Elementary.

 

I have been married to my husband, Phillip, for 24 years on August 8th. He retired from the US Army in 2021 after 20 years. He will be teaching SC History at Stover Middle School. We have a son, Christian, who is 20 years old and works at a local olive tree farm. Our daughter Savanna, who is 16 years old and works at American Eagle, will be going into 11th grade at Spring Valley High School, and is going on her 10th year of ALL Star Cheerleading @ Tumble Tree (Twisters). The team she is on this year is Junior 3 Power. How I enjoy spending my free time is by sitting on my back porch with my family, listening to music/watching movies or in my pool. 

 

We moved to SC in 2010 because my husband was a Drill Sargent at Fort Jackson. I like Harry Potter movies, we have 5 dogs: Bella( miniature  schnauzer) 10yrs old, Coco Puff (shih tzu) 4 yrs old, Roxie (giant schnauzer) 2yrs old, Lola Bean ( miniature  schnauzer) 2yrs old, Princess (red doberman) 1yr old. My family loves to go kayaking. We like to travel with our daughter to her cheerleading competitions. 

 

My favorite colors are teal and peach. I love to read about vampires. My favorite drink is sweet tea or Dr. Pepper. My favorite candy is butter fingers or Reese's peanut butter cups.
