Mr. Meade Young is a classically trained pianist and an enthusiastic music teacher from Southeastern Pennsylvania. While he enjoys listening and performing classical music by composers like Bach and Beethoven, his classroom will focus on the history of western musical styles (classical, jazz, rock, pop, hip hop) and how the music we hear daily has evolved through the years. Students will learn how to read, write, and perform in these styles.

Outside of the classroom, Mr. Meade Young is a big sports enthusiast having grown up playing soccer, football, baseball, and running track and field. He is one of the football coaches for the Camden Middle School team and looks forward to bridging the traditional gap between sports and music. Mr. Meade Young also serves as an Associate Music Director and Organist at a church in Lexington, SC.
