I am excited to be in my first year teaching the band and chorus at North Central Middle School.  After graduating from Newberry College I worked in Columbia schools and as a church choir director while attendeding grad school at the University of South Carolina.  I then worked in the music industry for 9 years in retail and as an educational representative.  I am supper excited to be returning to the classroom and growing the band middle school band program, as well as assisting with the high school band. 

When I'm not teaching I like to spend time with my wife and two children, Katharine, and Johnathan.
