Welcome!
This selfie is as real as it gets ♥ and I actually tried my hardest! When we are in class, I want you to feel comfortable and show me the real you while you are trying your hardest in science! I am teaching Chemistry I and Anatomy & Physiology this year at Camden High. I am very excited about seeing you because I have missed you!
I grew up in Livingston, New Jersey and was brought to North Carolina when my Dad's job transferred us down south. I went from a private Catholic school to an amazing city with a race track (Rockingham, NC). It was a culture shock, to say the least, and if the choice were given, I would do it again! I graduated from Meredith College in Raleigh, NC, with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. Before venturing into education, I worked in the research and restaurant industries. I received my Masters in Education (MEd) in Curriculum and Science and another Bachelor of Science in Business.
I have an amazing daughter, Leia, who just graduated from high school this past year. When I am not with the Bulldogs, I am at MUV Fitness teaching cycling, at home relaxing with my family or at home sleeping. This is my 12th year teaching science and my second year being a Bulldog. I love teaching and I want all of my bambinos to find a love for science and understand the natural processes of the Universe, Earth and all of life.
GO DOGS!!!!
P.S. I love you more than you love me and that is final! I am older so I win!
