Welcome to third grade! 

This year is my second year at Lugoff Elementary.   I have 20.5 years of teaching experience.  Before returning home to Kershaw County, I taught in Richland School District Two, including North Springs Elementary and Catawba Trail Elementary.  I have taught in third, fourth, and fifth grade.  I have also taught Gifted and Talented. However, most of my teaching experience has been in third grade.

I have lived in Lugoff almost my whole life!  I was a Lugoff Elementary Count, a Lugoff-Elgin Leopard, and a Lugoff-Elgin Demon!  I earned my B.A. in Elementary Education from Saint Martin’s University in Lacey, Washington. 

I live in Lugoff with my high school sweetheart and husband, Drew, and our two sons. In my free time I enjoy reading, swimming, walking my dogs, and spending time with my family. 

I look forward to being partners in education with you this year.  You are going to be amazed at how much your child grows academically, socially, and emotionally this school year!
