Hello Bullpups! I am excited about working as the Special Education Multi-Category Teacher this school year. I focus on student academic achievement, leadership, family engagement, and building a strong foundation for students to experience success in their learning. I always strive to have a fun learning environment that meets students where they are to help them achieve their goals. 

I was born and raised in a small town called Whitney, Texas. I am a proud graduate of Texas Tech University where I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Special Education. I received my Master of Science in Education: Special Education from Walden University. This is my 8th year in education with experience of teaching grades from Kindergarten through Eighth. 

I am married and our son was born in October of 2021. We also have a dog and she is a blue heeler.  

I am happy to be a BULLPUP and am ready to put my heart into teaching and learning this school year!
