Hey!  I am Dana Watkins and I am the new Resource teacher for NCE.  This will be my 4th year teaching in Kershaw County and in South Carolina.  I am a PACE teacher and decided to become a teacher later in life. I attended Liberty University where I received both my undergraduate and Masters degrees.  I love being able to make a difference in a child's life and I so enjoy when they have those aha moments.  My "WHY" for becoming a teacher was so that I could help a child discover something about themselves that would give them the confidence they need to become the success that they will be!

I am married to a wonderful man and we live in Camden, SC.  We were high school classmates.  We have 5 children and 3 grandboys. In our free time, we love spending time with our children, grandboys, traveling all over the place and to as many different places as we can.  We love to try new food places and will often drive somewhere just to find good food.

I love being a part of a great school and North Central Elementary is the best!  Go Knights!
