I graduated cum laude with a Bachelors in Science degree in Elementary Education and a Masters in Math and Science from the University of Charleston. I hold a Gifted and Talented Endorsement, I am Highly Qualified in Elementary Education, Middle Level Math, English/Language Arts, and Yes Carolina Certified (Entrepreneurship). In 2018, I was awarded the South Carolina Math Fellow honor and I also serve on the National Council of Teachers in Mathematics Curriculum Committee.

I have over 20 years of experience in education where my experiences have allowed me to travel throughout this nation and internationally to stay on the cutting edge of new innovations in mathematics.  I'm excited to be part of the CMS Blue Team and your techer this school year.
