Mrs. Rongzhi Li

Welcome to Special Education! My name is Rongzhi Li. I was born and raised in China, and came to the U.S. in 2007. I obtained two master degrees in the United States: elementary education and music therapy. I am currently a part time doctoral student in Special Education Program at University of South Carolina (USC). I am certified in special education and elementary education. I have completed the applied behavior analysis courses (ABA) at USC and expect to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2021. I have been teaching for 11 years, which includes 3 years in a middle school as a music teacher in China, 5 years in Lexington school district one as a 1st grade immersion classroom teacher, and 3 years in the same school in Lexington one as a math interventionist. I believe that together everyone achieves more. Our SPED team and I will do our best to serve each student and family!
