Hi! My name is Ms. Geist.This will be my ninth year teaching at Wateree. I love Wateree and all the exploring, learning, and fun we get to have here!

I have a bachelor’s degree in both early childhood and special education. I love to teach reading! I can’t wait to help you become a better reader and expose you to lots of new reading adventures!

I grew up in a very small town in Pennsylvania called Philipsburg. This is the reason I am a huge Penn State and Steeler fan! I love to go home and visit my mom and my younger sister, Chelsea who still live there.

In 2017 I was Wateree Elementary Schools Teacher of the Year, and an Honor Roll teacher for the school district! My goal for all my students is to experience success and learn as much as possible!
