I was born in Sumter, SC and returned there following my father’s retirement from the military. I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education from Francis Marion University and my Masters in Educational Administration and Supervision from Liberty University. I have served in private and public schools in SC for the past 22 years in the roles of classroom teacher and also as an assistant principal.
My family and I moved to Camden a few years ago and we absolutley love the small town environment and close knit community. I have four children and my two youngest will be 10th graders at NCHS. Our home is full of furry four legged children as well: Drake-our black lab, Remi-our golden doodle, and our rescue cats Boo and Natty.
Outside of school, I love spending time with my family, attending church, watching Clemson football (#GoTigers), watching home remodeling shows, spending time at Lake Wateree and decorating.
I am very excited to be continuing at Midway Elementary School this year and look forward to an exciting time in kindergarten!!!
