Hello Parents!

          My name is Mrs. Clippard, and I am your child’s teacher this year.  I am excited about working with you, and your child.  Welcome to a new school year at Wateree Elementary where are “Happy! We will Have A Positive and Productive Year"!

          I’d like to tell you a little about myself.  I graduated from the University Of South Carolina and have a Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education.  I have enjoyed teaching 5^th grade for 13 years, and before that I taught both 4^th and 6^th grades.  I have a loving husband and a beautiful daughter, Katie, who will be 22 years old in October. 

          Throughout my teaching experiences I have become committed to the importance of parents' involvement in their children's education.  I firmly believe that your child receives the best education possible when you and I work as a team.  I will be keeping in close touch with you about how your child is progressing in school.  Please do the same with me.  I welcome your calls and messages.
