I am a 2nd grade teacher at Jackson School.

Originally from New Jersey, I moved to Camden in 2nd grade and attended schools in the Camden area.  My Bachelor's Degree is in Early Childhood Education and have a Master's in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in Elementary Education.  I  have also been a licensed cosmetologist instructor, instructional assistant in public schools and a preschool teacher.  This is my fifth year as a certified teacher.  

Currently, I am a member of the Camden Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated and a previous Golden Apple award winner.  

I am married and have 2 daughters, 1 son and 1 stepson.  Both sons serve in the military (Airforce and Army).  During my free time, I love to sing, teach Sunday school and vacation bible school.  In my spare time, I also love to dance...even though I might not be the best!  Although, I am considering taking clogging lessons soon!  The majority of my time is spend loving on my precious grandson.
