I was born and raised in Camden, South Carolina.  I graduated from Camden High School.  I went to Francis Marion College where I graduated with a BS in Elementary Education. I have added gifted and talented certification, and middle level math.  I've taught in several places: Florence, Rock Hill, and Buford.  I spent the first 12 years in elementary, and I decided to try middle school for a change.  I loved it so much, I got my middle level math certification.  I taught at a STEAM middle school for 11 years before coming home.  I've been at North Central Middle School since 2019.  I love teaching, and I'm glad to be home near my family.
