My name is LaToya Hough Hubbard, and I am a 3rd grade teacher at North Central Elementary School.  I began my teaching career here in Kershaw County in August of 2007.  In December of 2006 I graduated from Coastal Carolina University with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, and in August of 2010 I earned my Master's degree in Divergent Learning at Columbia College.  I  am married and have two children.
