Hi! My name is Kristi Brown, and I am so excited to be your First Grade teacher this year! I was born and raised in Lugoff, SC and I am a proud product of Kershaw County School District. I graduated from Lugoff-Elgin High School in 2013. In May 2018, I graduated from USC Upstate with my B.A. in Early Childhood Education. In 2020, I received my Masters of Education in Curriculum and Instruction. I enjoy shopping, spending time with family & friends, and cheering on the USC Gamecocks. This will be my fifth year teaching first grade, and I couldn't be more excited for a year full of new learning adventures! This year, I am especially proud to represent Wateree Elementary as the Teacher of the Year!
