Jill Sorrells at a Glance

- Masters of Art in Teaching from the Savannah College of Art and Design in 2011

- Bachelor of Fine Arts with a major in photography from the Savannah College of Art and Design in 2010

- Facilitator of the Senior Mural Club since 2017

- From New Jersey, lived in Savannah, GA for 11 years, moved to South Carolina in 2017 (I always say I was raised in New Jersey, but I grew up in Savannah)

- Favorite artist: Salvador Dali

- Favorite art medium: watercolors and colored pencils

- Favorite subject in school (besides art): English/Creative Writing

- Favorite foods: chicken parmesan, pizza, sushi, macaroni & cheese

- Starbucks order: Skinny iced caramel macchiato with extra caramel (and pumpkin sauce, if it's fall!) or iced shaken espresso with sugar-free vanilla syrup & white mocha sauce

- Favorite Disney movie: Tossup between The Little Mermaid & Encanto

- Favorite animal: cats, especially her two cats, Korra and Newt! Orcas are a close second

- Favorite game: Legend of Zelda - Ocarina of Time, Super Smash Bros.
