• The SIC (School Improvement Council) is a group of parents, community members, and school personnel who meet with the purpose of developing goals to assist the school in implementing and evaluating its School Improvement (or SACS) Plan.  The SIC gathers information about the actions taking place and the progress realized in achieving its goals.
