This is my 4th year teaching at Lugoff-Elgin High School. My content areas include World History, Economics, U.S. Government, and A.P. U.S. Government and Politics. In addition to teaching, I am the boys varsity tennis coach. Before coming to LEHS, I instructed undergraduates in business law at the University of South Carolina. I hold degrees from the College of William & Mary (Bachelor of Arts), Drexel University (Master of Science), and Mississippi College School of Law (Doctor of Jurisprudence). I am currently enrolled in a Master of Arts program at Columbia University (Teachers College). My wife Mary is a nationally licensed professional counselor. She recently gave birth to our son, Dallas. We have a yellow Labrador retriever named Solomon and a cat named Phoebe. In my spare time, I enjoy playing tennis, traveling, attending sporting events, and reading.
