This is my 7th year teaching at Lugoff-Elgin High School. My content areas include U.S. History, World History, Honors Economics & Personal Finance, Honors U.S. Government, AP U.S. Government & Politics, and AP Comparative Government & Politics. Before coming to LEHS, I worked in the legal profession and instructed undergraduates in business law at the University of South Carolina. I hold degrees from the College of William & Mary (Bachelor of Arts), Drexel University (Master of Science), Columbia University in the City of New York (Master of Arts) and Mississippi College School of Law (Doctor of Jurisprudence). My wife Mary is a nationally licensed professional counselor. We have a son named Dallas. We also love our yellow Labrador retriever named Solomon. In my spare time, I enjoy road cycling, playing tennis, traveling, attending sporting events, golfing, participating in car events, reading, and attending church.
