Mrs. Kerry Fuller
Mrs. Fuller is so very excited to be part of the staff at Pine Tree Elementary. She was born in a small country town in the Shenandoah Valley, Virginia. Her parents encouraged her to always do her best, not to make excuses and to be kind to everyone. Mrs. Fuller graduated from Virginia Tech with a BA in Middle School Education and minors in both History and English. After college, she married her husband, Geoff, who was stationed at SHAW AFB in Sumter and retired last April. They have been married for 25 years and have 3 rock star kids. Madison (22), Davis (18 1/2) and Jackson (17). Madison attends the College of Charleston, while Davis is a knob at The Citadel and Jackson is a junior at Sumter High School. Their family has moved 10 times, lived in 12 houses and endured 5 deployments. Mrs. Fuller received her Masters in Elementary Education from Western Governor's University. She knew that she wanted to be a teacher in 5th grade! She has taught in several states and been involved in the education field in many different capacities. Mrs. Fuller wants you to know that she is thrilled to be teaching 4th grade at Pine Tree Elementary! Her teaching philosophy and deepest hope is that all children should feel safe, important, smart and cared for in her classroom.
