I am Ms. Anne C. Lemieux, MLIS, NBCT

I have been a librarian since 2006 and have been at LEHS since 2013. I love to travel, read and knit. I am the mother of 2 grown children and have 2 precious grandchildren. I am active in the South Carolina Association of School Librarians and was the recipient of the 2013  SCASL/SCLA Intellectual Freedom Award, "In Recognition of Her Defense of Intellectual Freedom" I have also served as the President of SCASL, Information Technology Chair, Advocacy Chair, and Legislative Chair.  I have served on the Board of Directors of the South Carolina Association of Educational Technology and have served as SCAET Volunteer Chair 2010 to present.  I have visited Washington DC 4 times for National Library Legislation Day to lobby for funds to help our students and citizens.
