Mrs. Tracy Elmore
I teach Automation and Robotics to sixth grade. One section of seventh grade I teach Advance Automation and Robotics with an emphasis on 3D Design and Multimedia Marketing. I also teach Energy and the Environment to seventh grade and Flight and Space to eighth grade (Project Lead the Way). I have been teaching for 35 years, with 24 years in Kershaw County. I graduated from Coker College with a BS degree in Elementary Education. I received my Master's Degree from Francis Marion University. I also have earned my Master's +30 in Education from Converse College. I am highly qualified for middle school science. I have also received my National Board Certification. I was recently named the 2020 SC STEM Educator of the Year and the 2022 Learning Blade National Educator of the Year. In addition, I have a State Endorsement in Gifted Education and Read to Succeed. I am the Project Lead The Way Chair for our school. I am a co-sponsor of the LEMS Ambassador Program and a member of the Leadership Team at LEMS. I am an ADEPT Evaluator and a mentor for Kershaw County.
