Lavoy has been the Director of Assessment for the District since 2005. In addition to managing all district, state, and federally mandated testing programs, he serves as the Textbook Manager and Report Card Coordinator for the District. For each testing program, Lavoy prepares various statistical, administrative, and professional reports which are used to inform stakeholders and to help administrators and teachers make instructional decisions to prepare students for college and/or career success.  Lavoy is married and has three children and six grandchildren.
