My name is Mary Crayne and I am the Math Interventionist at Camden Elementary School! I would like to welcome you to The Camden Elementary School Math Cafe. I provide explicit instruction in a small group setting to improve specific mathematic skills of a specific child or small group of children to support regular classroom instruction. I monitor and maintain accurate data and anecdotal records on my student's progress towards mathematic achievement. I am very excited to meet the needs of my Math Friends this school year! In the Math Cafe, we count, compute, calculate, divide, multiply, analyze, examine, estimate, add, and subtract. Throughout the year, students work on developing and refining mathematical strategies. Students attempt to understand and represent the world, modeling, and representing mathematical ideas visually. In the Math Cafe, EVERYONE COUNTS!
