I've lived in Elgin all my (almost) 66 years, except for the brief time at Emmanuel Jr. College from 1974 to 1976.   I'm married (blissfully!) and have three grown, married children.  In February of 2020, I became a GWAMMA!  My granddaughter is the light of my life!  I can't wait to meet her brother or sister!   I have about 735 Blaney grandchildren, too!  I lead music at my church, and I love and depend heavily on God!  This is my 45th year of teaching, and I plan to teach until I'm tired of it (not retiring anytime soon). 

Schedule:  Most days, I can be reached by phone after 3:30  (803.360-6133).  That's my cell.  I do try to sleep about 9pm, but in an EMERGENCY, wake me up.  During the day, I teach 2-3 classes firm, do one more every other week, do 2  groups, speak with any individuals when I can (most self-refer, but you can refer your children), and coordinate with several agencies to help find services for our families.  When I have free time, LOL, I assist teachers with consultations and whatever they need.   Most days, you'll end up leaving a message on my school phone (438-3241 ext 2407)....sometimes I don't even hear it RING!   My cellphone often doesn't show me I have a message, but a text reminder ("check your voicemail, BK") would be appreciated.  I look forward to hearing from you.  Updated 7.25.22
