Superintendent Elementary Principal/Supervisor Secondary Principal/Supervisor Elementary Teaching Music (K-12) Read to Succeed Endorsement

Dr. Chantelle Zimmer

Hello Stover Families!  I am honored to serve as the principal of Leslie Stover Middle School.  This is my 24th year in education.  I have served in administration at the high school, middle, and elementary levels seeing the continuation of education from pre k-12th grades.   I have served as principal in three schools in three different school districts serving rural, suburban, and urban students for 18 years.   I believe that all children can learn.  I am dedicated to ensuring this happens with every child every day.

I grew up in Nuremberg and Wurzburg, Germany.  As a military child, I attended DODDs schools, and was very fortunate to travel most of Europe and experience different cultures.  These experiences have shaped my perception of education and the world.

I received a BA in Music and Flute Performance, Master of Arts in Teaching, Master in Education Administration, and Education Specialist and Doctorate in Education Administration all from the University of South Carolina. In my free time I enjoy performing on flute and playing with the Palmetto Concert Band.

My greatest accomplishment is being the proud mother of three amazing sons.

I am proud to be a part of the best team in education.

GO TIGERS!

Ms. Wendy Hill (Discipline Letters M-Z)

Hi, I am Ms. Hill! I am a 2001 Graduate of the University of South Carolina. I majored in Biology and Minored in Chemistry at USC. Science is a subject that has always excited me, I love to know how and why things work, and how it affects the world around us. I received my Masters of Education in Administration in 2014. I taught Biology, Chemistry, Anatomy, and AP Biology for 15 years. I moved to Lugoff with my family 5 years ago. We purchased a 56-acre farm in Lugoff, where we board horses, and raise other livestock. The science geek in me loves to see what I've enjoyed teaching all around me in my everyday life. I enjoy playing sports, time with my family, and corny jokes! I look forward to serving Stover Middle and helping each student and teacher be successful.

Excited to Be a Stover Tiger!
