I moved to South Carolina in 1998. I am originally from the Buffalo/ Niagara Falls area of New York. I worked for the Lee County School District for seven years before coming here to Lugoff-Elgin High School in 2004. Currently, I teach Hospitality 1 and 2 in the Annex building, which enables me to utilize the cafeteria and lab equipment. I received my Business degree from NCCC, my Economics degree from the State University College at Buffalo, and my Education degree from Francis Marion University. I also hold a National Board teaching certificate. I am also certified to teach the ServSafe program offered through the National Restaurant Association.
