Social Workers
Support for Students, Parents, and Schools
Some students have difficulty achieving success in school for a variety of reason. School Social Workers help these students through early identification, prevention, intervention, counseling, and support.
School Social Work includes but is not limited to:
- Addressing student and family needs
- Promoting communication between school, home and community agencies
- Collaborating with supporting school staff
- Assisting teachers to access resources
- Establishing partnerships and community resources
- Implementing prevention programs
- Providing crisis intervention

Our Social Workers
Our school social workers provide support to students, families, and school staff to address a wide range of social, emotional, and behavioral challenges that impact student success. They offer direct services, consultation, and referrals to ensure students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
