Arts Arising Process and Dates
Artistically gifted and talented students display talent or high-performance abilities beyond those of their peers.
Teachers, parents, or students may refer students in grades 4-5 for participation in the summer Arts Arising Program to be held at The Arts Center of Kershaw County.
A referral form will be available in November 2019 for 4th or 5th-grade students who have a high-performance ability in music, dance, drama, or art and are willing to participate in the summer Arts Arising Program.
Students who have been invited to Arts Arising must attend at least ONE Super Saturday AND the entire summer program. In addition to one of the Super Saturdays, Arts Arising will be June 4 - 26, 2020. Invitations for the 2020 Arts Arising Program will be sent out to parents in March 2020.
