If you are interested in changing learning options for your student you will need to click on the link below and complete the Option Change Request Form. The form must be completed for each student you wish to change by 9:00 pm Wednesday, December 2nd. After this time, no requests will be taken until the end of the quarter. Students who have changed learning options and will be coming back into the building as face-to-face, should not report to the school on Thursday, December 3rd as we need to make appropriate accommodations. Parents will be contacted and told the date their child is to come back to the building.
