I've been with the school district for 18 years.  Prior experince was in the private sector where I worked for large coorporations as well as medium sized privately held companies in various finance and accounting roles.  Responsible for all finance functions of the the district including all bond issues for capital projects, investing proceeds from bond sales and managing all cash of the district.  Responsible for all accounting functions including general ledger, accounts payable, payroll, audit, budgeting and reporting.  Oversees all of the district technology functions, district procurement as well as the food service department.  I hold degrees in management and accouting from the University of South Carolina.

Past president of the South Carolina Association of School Business Officials and recived the Outstanding School Business Official Award for South Carolina in 2015.

Current President of the Camden Rotary Club and member of several other ciivic organizations.  Member of Lyttleton Street United Methodist Church 

Married to my high school sweetheart who is now a retired school teacher (33 years in the classroom) for 41 years.  Side note - we were in the same first grade class at Camden Elementary School.  My wife and I have two sons and one daughter and are the proud grandparents of two adorable grandchildren.
