Overview of Past Facilities Projects

  • Facilities Equalization, Phase 1

    In 2008, the school district began "Phase 1" of a Facilities Equalization Project to update and equalize the facilities throughout the district. Between 2008-2012, the following facilities projects were completed:

    New Construction prior to Phase 1
     
    A few other schools have had new construction of their facilities within the past 15 years through facilities projects prior the the Phase 1 Facilities Equalization. Those schools are:

    North Central Middle New facility was constructed in 2002. The property has a one-story building containing a total of 78,000 square feet on a site of approximately 30 acres.
    Pine Tree Hill Elementary New facility was constructed in 2002. The property has a one-story building containing a total of 78,000 square feet on a site of approximately 30 acres.
    Stover Middle New facility was constructed in 1999, with a gymnasium addition in 2002. The property has a one-story building containing a total of 124,000 square feet on a site of approximately 23.978 acres.
