  • Cameron Holley is Player of the Year!

    Congratulations to Cameron Holley on being named the Region 4-AA Baseball Player of the Year. Holley was also named as a AA All-State Player. Holley led the Knights with a .438 batting average, and he collected 28 hits in 64 at-bats. As a pitcher, Holley finished with a 2-1 record with a 1.73 ERA. In the field, Holley had a .921 fielding percentage.

  • Baseball Players Recognized at Tourney

    During the recent Kershaw Richland County Baseball Tournament, Kevin Smith was recognized as All Tournament and Keaton Gardner was recognized as All Academic​. "Kevin had a great 4 days for the Knights at the plate. He was 5-9 with 4 doubles." said Coach Cash "Keaton has always been an exceptional student and his classwork makes the baseball program look better. We strive to be all around student athletes and Keaton exemplifies this characteristic.

  • Important Info - Winter Menu Changes

    Beginning February 1, we will introduce peanut butter cups with our fruit bowls district wide. (Beginning, February 1, we will introduce peanut butter cups with our fruit bowls in our fresh express menu.) These peanut butter cups are pre-packaged and sealed. We will continue to take precautions for our students who have peanut allergies. Students who have identified peanut allergies will be offered yogurt or cheese sticks in the place of the peanut butter cup with the fruit bowl meal.

  • Lady Knights are Region Champs!

    On Thursday, October 20, 2016 the Lady Knights Varsity Volleyball team traveled to Buford High School to take on the Andrew Jackson Volunteers in a Region Championship tie-break match. The Lady Knights walked away with a 3-0 victory and the Region 4-AA Championship title. Way to go Lady Knights!

  • NCHS Band Earns Superior Rating!

    The North Central Silver Knights Marching Band competed in the 27th Annual Loris Band Day on Saturday, November 5th. With 17 bands in attendance, the NC Silver Knights competed in class 3A, capturing 2nd place in Drum Major and 2nd place in Music. The Knights garnished a 3rd place finish overall and earned a superior rating, the highest rating awarded to bands in competition.

Principal David Branham Dear Knight Family,
Welcome to the North Central High School website, home of the Knights. We are excited about this school year and the possibilities that it brings. At North Central High School it is our vision to empower and challenge all students to reach their full potential. We provide a safe environment for our students and staff. Our goal is to develop well rounded students who are equipped to be successful in all aspects of their lives.

Knights are expected to work hard, respect others, promote kindness, and be model citizens in our community. We appreciate the support that we receive from our parents and community to instill these characteristics in our students. Through a team effort North Central High School provides its students an educational experience that can take them anywhere.
