Join us on Saturday, March 25th at DogFest 2017. Camden baseball will host Lugoff-Elgin in three games. There are activities for all ages.
Children who wear their KCRD jerseys will be admitted free of charge. Admission is $5.00.
The Camden High School Junior-Senior Prom will be held on Friday, April 21st from 8:00-12:00 at 833 South Broad Street. Students who wish to bring a guest who is not a current Camden High School student must complete a Prom Guest Approval form. It must be returned to the Front Office by Friday, April 3rd. Prom signup will be from Monday, March 27th through Friday, April 7th in the Library. You must pay the admission fee when you signup. The prom admission fee is $15.00 per person.

Ladies who are attending the prom are encouraged to take advantage of the Cinderella Project, a program that provides gently used prom dresses to high school juniors and seniors in Richland, Kershaw, Sumter and Lee counties. The event, sponsored by Lighthouse for Christ Ministries, will be held on Saturday, March 25th from 10am until 2pm at the LFCM building at 114 Battleship Road, Camden. This building is located next to the Kershaw County Health Resource building and Springdale Healthcare.
The School Improvement Council of Camden High School has created a Camden High School Hall of Fame to honor alumni whose accomplishments, deeds and character exemplify outstanding achievement in their life’s work and/or service to their community. This award may also honor individuals who did not graduate from Camden High School, but who have significantly and consistently contributed to the work and mission of Camden High School. Graduates of Jackson High School may be nominated for this award. Nominations will be kept confidential.

The mission of Camden High School is to graduate students who are confident, competent, and responsible citizens by creating a positive school environment where staff, parents, and community form an alliance to provide effective educational experiences in order for students to reach their maximum potential in an ever-changing global society.
